Damage During Shipping: If the ceramic art arrives damaged due to negligence on the part of Canada Post, please contact me via the contact form within 30 days of the package arriving. In the email, include your name, the tracking number on the package, and an image of the damage. This information will help me file a damage claim with Canada Post. You will have the option to receive a full refund for the damaged piece + shipping or receive a replacement piece of the same value at no cost to you.
Returns of unwanted items: If the piece does not meet your expectations, you can return it within the first 30 days. If shipping is required to return it, I ask that you please pay the return shipping fee. Once the ceramic piece arrives back in good and saleable condition, I will issue a full refund for the piece. Unfortunately, I cannot refund the original shipping fee.
